Resolves Yes if, before Jan 1 2026 (UTC), a new platform (not emojicoin.fun) is publicly available to everyone on Aptos mainnet and allows full creation, bonding start, bonding completion, and launch of new Emojicoins; announcements, testnets, demos, or closed betas do not count. Resolves No otherwise.

This market resolves to Yes if a new platform that replaces Emojicoin is publicly released on mainnet before January 1, 2026 (UTC) and it allows anyone to create new Emojicoins and complete the full bonding process on that platform. Resolves No otherwise.
